The picture makes it a bit hard to see a lot of the detail- it's a bit blurry.
Since most of these guys are armor-based, maybe you could add a few more ink washes to their armor so they aren't just a mass of shine? Put on several thin coats of ink, then when those are done, re-add some pure metal paint to pop the highlights.
I'm not the best with suggestions, but maybe that'll help a bit. :)
Spend some extra time before painting to make sure all the parts are straight (the staffs, for instance). I also trust the bases will all be the same color in the long run too?
