Try thinning up your paints a little. Just a little more highlighting on the robes and work on the Power Klaw would bring this up a point in my opinion. Try a skin tone that's not quite so yellow, but for all I know it could be your camera.
just because I think that special characters offer more potential and deserve more job. For a normal mini this might be a poor 5, as this is a special character - I round it down.
