hello, I'm a beginner so i wait for any of your suggestions (IE :"you need to blend more !!", i know :( )

You obviously have excellent basic skills - you are achieving smooth layers and subtle highlights. As such I dont hink it is an issue of 'blending more' rather I think you need to create more contrast of light and dark. If you look at similar figures - like veranzi's wolfen (you can find them in the top fantasy figures section) aside from his obvious incredible skill at manipulating his brushes, l he always works with multiple contrasts, dark and light being the most obvious. This doesnt mean you have to take everything out to white but start with a dark colour and then add 2 - 4 lighter hues or tints on top of it in thin layers highlighting successively less in each layer. That is a start if you want to work towards imporving. Also use quality painted figs as reference points - on here it is easy because you can even contact the artist and ask questions.
