I'd say this were in the high-fives(lol)
Rember to buy some needle files, because you've got mold lines runing down the sides of the mini.
The painting is ok, you need to shade his skin more.. and the metals too. And the red needs a few highlights.
And a flock base like that can be horrid. Try to flock it before you prime. And paint it by hand black and drybrush grey. Just like sand !
A difficult mini to mark.
The overall painting seems good. Its clean, and the armor seems to have good blendings. But the face looks like it is still in progress: no eye, no eyebrow. And I really don't like the blue around the base (personnal taste): it is much too flashy compared to the mini.
I would so give 6.5 but 5.5 because of the base and 4.5 because of the face.
