You have the end of his spear in perfect focus - try and make the face/body the point of focus. I like the colourscheme - put most mini painters won't. You have chosen a grey that looks like unpainted plastic sprue, and a green that looks like 'green stuff' - It looks like you put in a lot of work to make it look unpainted! Your very orangey brass is really cool.
Dunno what you've tried here - if you're trying to make NMM, you'll need sharper highlights where the light completely reflects from the metal. Such pure white highlights are missing and so your NMM doesn't work that well. Otherwise, it's a bit confusing colourscheme. You've got a good technique and all, just train a bit more. Still, good work.
