Borgut Facebeater (Storm of Chaos)
I decided to break from the GW Studio color scheme (all Boltgun...BORING!) and paint him like the big nasty Black Orc that he is (and that the model is based on). To that end, his helmet, stomach piece and various accents were painted red. I think the colors really makes the model pop. The scenic base is made with bits of broken up cork painted to look like rock and the base proper is painted sand (Scorched Brown base, Dark Flesh and Vermin Brown drybrush). I was really impressed with the effect of the cork. Kudos to whoever figured that out, because it rocks my freaking world.
