The Dark Age Sisters of compassion are a difficult figure to paint due to the Skin/Latex overtones of the minis. You've doen a creditable job with this figure. If I could make a couple of suggestions I would consider bringing up the level of the highlights on both the flesh and latex another stage. I would also think about thinning the metal paints a little more. It may mean having to apply a couple of coats of paint but it prevents the graininess showing. (Also for blades try to keep you brush strokes in the same direction. It adds to the effect of sharp steel.) :)
