Very nice brush work here - tidy and good choice of colors. He is on the high end of tabletop quality and with a little more distinct highlighting, particularly on the beard; and shading - ink or thinned paint washes - particularly on the fur trim, he would come up a point or two. He should be well over the current 4.9. rating in any case. Nice job :)
