The one thing I notice aprat from the mini is the face. The eye is done well but the dark spot under the eye makes him look for like the Crow, than the mythic figure from Tolkien's works. The brown (ink?) at various parts of the face is too dark and random ... it looks like his flesh is ,melting at the chin.
The base is nicely done. So giving all of that, I'm going to give it a 5.
i dont thnik people are giving this mini enough credit. its not that bad of a paint job. i would say straighten the sword and and get rid of the gloss coat so that it doesnt look like his clothes are made of pudding.
