a Space Marine chained to a Chaos Icon on top of a Dreadnaught. The skulley-spikes are left over from another vehiclle, the chains are from the ground of the gas station outside my neighborhood
What you have here is a base you can start from. Get some shading into those metallic bits, use Tamiya smoke or else watered down black to bring some of that metal out.
Next work some highlights onto that dark blue, or try out a lightning bolt effect

I wouldnt want to be criticall but you leave me no other choise / the metallicks are pretty bad ( and there are just too much it ) and the Icon would be good if it had some highligts and details. But a nice try
