You've obviously tried hard with this mini... Just a few comments. It kiijs like you've painted the eyes with either too much paint or a tool arge brush... What you want to do is using your lips press to nib of the paintbrush together. Dip the top of the brush into the paint, making sure you only take a little bit. Then, gently shade in the eye area with the colour... Do this to both eyes before cleaning the bursh and starting again. This prevents the brush hairs from spreading and ruining the eye... Creating giant eye effect. Hope that helps.
