Wolfen Diorama by James

This was a very fun sculpey piece. The statue head was made eclusively with the standard white sculpey, so that I could carve in the cracks and stone joints. Lots of Hudson & Allen studios landscaping materials were used to complete the look. The wolfen character was tremendously involved, to say the least!

Awesome base! It's a very well done diorama from the sculpting to the painting and the composition. Just a great piece of art work.

The mini is gorgeous and the broken head is fantastic work. My gripe, though, is that there's next no no narrative in the whole diorama. Ultimately, it's just a lovely mini with an over-large base. I'm inclined to suggest that you remove the mini and re-use the base for an actual narrative set-up, be it a duel or battle or a less aggressive montage.

The use of statuary to accent this figure is perfect. My compliments on an image come to life. Tor
