Temple and Shrine

This one's colors and feel are inspired by the old Warhammer rulebook pics. Spent some time and encorperated Yoda's old Degoba set into the base lol Here's the aby link, please have a gander: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5914941792&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

Thanks for the comments- keep them coming. The green of the roof and sandstone color is intended to pay tribute to that great terrain piece in the old WH 5th ed rulebook. I guess they are lead like the roof on our parliment buildings in Ottawa, eh- it starts out brown the turns green as it oxidizes- implying this one is an oldie. Glad you like it- this piece actually encorperates three old toys so I'd call it "recycled nouveau" lol- cost like peanuts to make, but took hours on hours. :)

The temple looks very rustic, I like it! And using the Star Wars set as a base is a good idea, save yourself some foam cutting...

Love the colour of the sandstone walls - design is unusual, looking at the size of the door and window it looks like a cottage castle. I'm not sure on the green of the turret roof though, is it painted lead roofing, or painted plaster over something? Shaz
