I've got to agree with Bushido on this one. The freehand is amazing (the dragon for instance) however the rest of the painting and the colour choice do not merit a nine. The horse looks extremely flat, the tailisn't blended very well and shows no texture not to mention you have used every colour in the rainbow except orange. 10 for the free hand and 5 for the rest.
