Not bad. The hair looks like it needs touching up, and the shading on the white could be deeper. The primary problem with this figure, though, is the conversion. The idea is great, but the flames coming out at an off angle (flames flicker up, unless in the presence of a very significant wind) make it look ill-executed. I'd consider replacing her right hand with the hand from one of the many Warhammer lancers out there, so that the staff is held vertically upright.
