Sister of battle. Standard bearer

Well, as you can see this is a 'work in progress' shot. I want to polish some details of the mini itself and the banner is not done yet. Actually I am not very happy with the lettering nor the background colour. There is some minor conversion work in this figure, I swaped the pistol and added the banner pole (not painted yet) to the backpack. Some input will be welcome, including ideas for the banner.
