View #2 Pythia Of Azael on scupted base by James

This was my first mural on a sculpey base. It was made much more complicated by the fact that the wall on which it was painted was curved. That created some perspective issues, requiring some proportion modifications. Overall, it was a very fun piece, done in the usual method of carving in the detail after the sculpey was baked. I will be making more views of the overall piece later. These three focus primarily on the figure and the mural.

This is amazing and really inspiring. The marblized effect is superbe. Did you use regular faux finishing techniques scaled down or some other tricks? Wow!

First of all, the blue looks great on the mini, but the mural and the sculpted base is flat out incredible. Good stuff!
