first step , principal color are in , 3 hours of painting at the moment , i want to spend 4 more for the last addition and then , I ll work on the skinks :) any tips ?

The blurry pics aren't helping your cause much....I'd say it is looking pretty darn good!! Maybe a slight layer where the colors meet on the crest to help smooth the gradiations would help. So far so good!

I say try to bring the flestone of the hide up a bit in highlight. Like, drybrush a nice light blue-grey over the hide. That should give a nice, dry reptile skin contrast. The horns look great so far, like actuall horn. The color scheme with the orange kinda scares me, but hey, I guess that's the point right?
