Can't disagree with my predecessors comments. In essence the static figures body is being supported over one supporting leg with the right leg raised for balance and vanity ('Look how tough I am!'). You just have'nt got the left leg looking like a solid support. If you had flattened the feet to the surfaces upon which they stood you would have got away with the pose looking quite heroic, as it is it looks unbalanced. Correcting that pose would have given you a solid 8. On the plus side, love the way you've used the LOTD shoulder pad and the head is nicely done.
The paintjob is excellent. At the size of the picture I cannot see any mistakes. But the positioning of the mini is quite bad. He looks like he is loosing his balance. You should have repositioned the legs. If you watch real-life-persons standing (and I mean standing, not running) at a slope you will rcognize that the body is always vertical and above the legs.
