Blood Dragon Vampire on Nightmare - Side View

I was dismayed to recently discover this guy had disappeared from my gallery, because he's one of my favorite pieces out of the work I've done to date. He was actually my WFB single mini entry at GD LA 2003, but only made first cut. Something about him didn't please the judges, which was disappointing. I hate the stock Blood Dragon models, so I enjoy trying to think of ways to convert better ones. In my opinion the High Elf Dragon Princes make excellent stand-ins if painted in a suitably eveel fashion :)

This is the best blooddragon vampire model I have ever seen. I just read the "nagash" novel and was looking for models that could inspire me for the making of a model of Aborash, This falls very much in that category!
