This is definitly more than tabletop quality (hey guys, please post some pictures of your armies please!).
However the picture is to dark. What I can see from the shading looks smooth but the metal is not so good.
By the way, the robe asks for some freehand.
It definitely looks table-top quality, I don't know why the low votes...BUT you definitely need to get better lighting or a photo program to bring out the details better. Very dark picture.
