I have to agree, the cloak is nicely done. I think you just need to define your edges. This should hopefully make everything stand out all the better. I suggest trying very thin coats of brown or black ink to the edges, but most defiently the armour. The score you have now is quite harsh, I must say, but good job.
Mayby its the picture, but the armour-plate looks abit fuzzy and the base dont look to good, try using sand? Tough i dont think it desevre 3.1. The cloak looks nicely highlighten.
