This is a nice orc model(which manufacturer is it).
Nice paintwork but I think you need to highlight theface on your shield a bit more. Also try and tidy up the banner design a bit and put a contrasting colour on the base around the feet as they are becoming a bit lost. Try a simple outline around them in black or brown inks just to create a bit of shadow.
