From what I can make out, the paint job looks lovely but the base reminds me of a fishtank.

The base is so nice it practicly overshadows the mini itself. But i do agree with other poster it needs closer pics.

Neron the Wraith? He who burned down the Rome is back in a new, shiny, thinner body! It's too small to judge properly. Try some closer pic of "Neron the Wraith"
