Grahn Bonecrusher, Orc Warlord

Orc Warlord originally painted for Jarrett Lee's MetallicAdept competition. I eventually changed the axe as the original looked too much like an ornament, wanted something that looked as if it would do a lotta damage. Any comments appreciated.

Thanks for all the comments. For the metallics on the armor I used 'GW chainmail' with a 'GW black ink' wash. More 'GW chainmail' was then used on the raised and forward surfaces. Highlighted this further with 'Inscribe silver metallic', which IMO is better than GW or Vallejo silver. To get the rusted, weathered effect I used a very thinned wash made up of 'GW brown ink and orange ink. IRL the armor is a bit duller and more weathered than it appears here. Cheers, Paul.

Your metalics are awesome, especially the armor, how do you do them?
