Idea is great, but try to work more on the colours of beards and shading.

thanks for the advice i will try to paint the tray, the putty is uhu-tac :). I never painted movement tray...i hope i don't mess it

Nice looking unit! I bet if you painted your movement tray to match the bases, it would really help your score, right now the tray is eye catching in a not-good way, especially with the putty showing as well.
