Pretty good, and I know that took you some time to paint! I think some brighter colors would have set this model off well, perhaps the flesh and guts could be 'gored' up a bit, some brighter color of decay or some such. The talons and bone need a bit of work and the little flying brown thing needs a rework IMO. The staff crystal could be made brighter perhaps, jeweled and portions of the mini might do well with some brushed on gloss varnish (guts, gems ...).
