The pictures too dark. If you want a higher score you should repost this pic. From what I can tell you should work a bit on your blending otherwise its a great paint job.
I like the cloak! Two critiques: I think the horse could benefit from just a bit more highlighting and on the side view the rider's horn looks unfinished.
