Fall Terrain

A few years ago, I built a 4*6 Gaming Table what we use for gaming at my house. But I never followed up with terrain. So here is my first attempt. One of the things I don't remember seeing anyone produce is off-season terrain. Usually I see only summer, with a few winter scenes around. So I thought my first peice would be a Fall scene. The trees are Woodland Scenics trunks, with fall foliage and I built the trees myself since I only had a budget of about $20 to start with, and I wanted to make about 4 peices of terrain. (prefab trees are about $5 per). The Ground detail is done with Hudson & Allen's "Forest litter" and other standard stones and flock. This is ultimately my practice peices since I really want to try replicating an accurate 25-28mm version of "Devils Den" from the Battle of Gettysburg. The Forest Goblin is also new, but I'l l post a separate and better pic of him later.

The fallen leaves look good. I personally build my projects according to what season it is. It's good to see other autumn projects.
