I agry with "Great tabletop quality", but I don't see any NMML here. And I think that you should improve your layering - you should use more layers and more hilighting.

this is mmuchbetter tha a 4, 3 miniature..the face is well done..maybe try to highlight more . but the overall aspect is a great tabletop quality
