Looks like this model suffered a MUCH too thick layer of paint. It isnt badly painted but it is just too thick. Maybe it is the picture, but if it is. Then you have to get a better camera. Your painting skill is good so it is quite a shame that you make such a thick layer of paint on the models. - Frobenius
