Normally cardboard bites it hard, but ya'll did a decent job- see below. Try to brush some while glue the dust sand over it for an ultra cheap texuted paint feel too- you could even fill in gaps that way.
Nice work for your first one. I would use some wall filler or such to seal the cardboard edges so that they don't look like cardboard. Also remember that concrete has rebar in it so add some wires sticking out of the floors for a realistic effect.
