This deserves more thana 4.9. This is good tabletop qaulity. Nice work on the detail for the horns and the teeth. You may want to weather the steel banner and give it some rust or blood or something. Good shading on the pants. You may want to try using smaller rocks on the base and highlight them some more. Other than that, good job. You obvioulsey put some extra effort into this. A 4.9 is not fair for this mini.
