actualy, i don't think it's a bag but a belly of a nurgle workshipper.

Once you get this painted up it will look great on a mordheim table! The hooves are particularly nice. The bag at his waist is a little hard to make out what's going on, however I think a nice paint job would make it a lot clearer.
