They look competently done, and the bases work. Still, the figures look like the paint is too thick or the surfaces are pebbly. Also, they're so monochromatic. I suppose that will work for using them in a game, but they could be so much more with a few accents and unexpected colors. You might consider the possibility of posing them, too, or having them interacting with stuff on the bases.
I like the addition of the junk on the bases but there isn't much to the model (paintwise) either... so don't take the low score as an insult, they're just solid tabletop quality.
