Paint job is pretty good. First, you should definitely fill the gaps of huge models like this with green stuff. Also, with your fire technique, you should bring the highlights out into a white. The base could use some work; try using sand instead of flock. Sorry, I know it sounds like a lot but its just little things that would make this well painted model to look better.
