looks like no-one listened when you asked for comments. So, here goes:
Your painting is neat but a few things are detracting from the appearance of the models, so here are a few things I would change. I'm not meaning to be harsh by the way :)
Firstly, the picture doesn't help, there's a strong glare from overhead so a better pic would help your scores
In general, each colour applied to the models should really be done in at least 3 stages, the shading, main colour and highlight. Looking at the models I can see two of those 3 stages but not the third. This is illustrated very clearly on the shields, for example.
Using the shields as an example, I would use a tin bitz shading colour and mix some shining gold to the mix to provide the main colour. Add more shining gold to the mix for the highlight and if necessary apply a final highlight to the very edges just where the light would catch.
Using the same principle on the rest of the models will give them more depth and therefore look more 'real'
The silver parts look quite blue to me, maybe that's due to the picture though. Try using the same method as above but substituting the shining gold with chainmail.
On a final note, a brown edge to the bases will help to unify the colours rather than the goblin green you have used. Try dark flesh, it works a treat.
Hope that helps
