Sorry I can't see much from these pictures but from straining my eyes...
Left hand looks really good. Well positioned, well sculpted. The jawbone (?) around his neck looks good, although I'm not sure that the anatomy of the skull (?) will actually correspond to a bipedal creature's skull. Looks nice and smooth though.
Cape would be better if it didn't touch the ground and the right arm should definitely have a lot more attachment to the weapon if they are to be linked together. The belly looks nice, but for him to be this smooth and rounded he would have to have a stomach full of gas, not a fat gut.
This is a good figure though.
