Okay... first, I think you should finish the base. Just sand and a bit of flock, nothing too fancy.
Next: I thinkg the blue of the guns, and the green of the hair clash a bit with the red of the armor. You might keep the blue, just make it a bit darker. I'd repaint the hair though, make it some reddish-purple or something.
Sorry, cant give more then a 5, unfinished/unbased and all. Maybe finish them and repost them, because I think they are well painted (apart from some colors though).
