I can appreciate that you are trying for a dirty used look to his armor. But it's not working. The dirt isn't gathered in the crevices completely. In some areas it looks just blotted on. Your paints look thin enough, but you need better brush control. And everything looks as if it needs more highlights. Especially the face, hair and gems.
