Imperial Guard Veteran Sergeant
This is the Veteran Sergeant for the 1st squad in my IG army. I wanted to paint it very "standard" - i.e. no bright colours (but wanted to resist the German Panzer Grey option). Opted for a Olive Drab/Catachan Green scheme with grey camo "splotches" for contrast. As this will be part of a long-serving campaigning force all the armour is chipped in some place. Also the fatigues are given a dirty wash to give them that "used" look. Cheers Hagen
