Try putting less paint on your brush when you do the highlight on the blades. Use the side of your brush instead of the tip and simply run it acres the edges. Some midtones for the grey for NMM would make it look more realistic.
I'd go with real metal instead of NMM.
Also, I've heard if you only paint the lower lip it looks better. Can't say I've done many open mouths though.

You've got some good things here. The eyes are better than a lot of people can manage. You've also done some highlighting, but the problem is that is is too heavy handed. Its too harsh & too distinct. If you can do some blending to gradiate those highlights in and also a little more variation in the yellows and blues I think that this will easily become a 6+ fig.
