Testament to the fact that a good effect doesn't have to take forever! I think this mini is beautiful; an excellent choice of colours and a fantastic dynamic effect. I'm particularly drawn to the 'comic book' style of colouring. Two things stopped it being a ten in my eyes: The base, and the right leg. Like it though. I think a whole squad would be very cool.
