I painted this model for a friend who collects Dark Angels. It's my first attempt at the Deathwing color scheme. I think the model looks pretty decent :) Any advice is welcome.
The base is covered with gravel not sand, I wanted to make the mini look like it's walking with its feet dug into gravel. I guess I could paint the gravel to look gray for a more urban look, but that wasn't my intention.
The overall look is good, but it lacks depth, maybe some blacklining on the whites and some lighter highlights on the greens.. THe paint also looks too thick on some parts, maybe try thinning the paint a tad... but other than those things, you've done a good job, looks very nice.
