I want this guy! I have been trying to find a copy of Dwarf Lords of Legend since the early 90s with no luck! Seems a bit washed out, perhaps try without the flash.

However your painting seems a bit flat. Some more shadows and highlights would definitely help. Or maybe that's just because you took the picture with the flash on (better work on that too).
