I would recommend thinning your paints, or putting on fewer coats. As it is the paint job is very chunky - this is especially noticeable around the face and cloth parts. Also, when you paint faces, try painting the eyes first and then the rest of the face; I don't do this but some people swear it's the easiest way to paint eyes. Lastly, from the base on up, this mini is very "flat". You need to add shading and highlights.
