Nice clean painting but you need to shade and highlight the model.
The reds need shading and the purple armoured plates need some highlights as does the horse. This will give the model a far more 3D look.
Wash the armour of the rider with a brown/black ink mix this will define it and make it look old and worn.
As I said nice clean painting but you need to add the extras to make it better than table top.
