Well painted, but too monochromatic for me. Although there is a lot of detail on this mini, nothing really stands out. Perhaps painting the wings darker would help to separate them from the body. Painting the chaninmail in front without the red tones woudl also help to differentiate it and provide variety, contrast and interest.
