nice conversion (7 pts) where is the highlighting and the washes on the metal (i think they are there but i can't see them)???(- 2 pt) and what is up with that right wrist (-1 pt) puts him in a very unatural pose. proberly better putting the back of his hand facing up and the sword pointing forward a tiny tiny bit also try twisting his torso a bit.
quite a good base (+1 pt) good idea (+1pt) try thinning your paints a bit more
