It's not a bad paint job at all, I just think the knight himself could use a bit of work. I'd give it a 7, but i say 8 for being different.

your hand is very precise and you're surely destined to be a good painter, but the model itself shows only basic techs, the colors miss both shadings and highlightings (mostly highlights) in my opinion.
